The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 13 of 2026, under Sections 351(3), 352, 108 of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – Kabrai, District Mahoba, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The applicant had been granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 19.03.2026 as the A.G.A. had not received instructions. Today, when the case is being called on, learned A.G.A. states that he has received instructions. 4.
