The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.291 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 of BNS and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Rura, District- Kanpur Dehat, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the father-in-law of the deceased.
