The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 1660 of 2016, under Sections 307, 504, 34 IPC, P.S. Sadar Bazar, District Shahjahanpur, with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He contends that the applicant may be enlarged on anticipatory bail on the following grounds:- (i) The F.I.R. was lodged against the applicant and three other accused.
