At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant submits that the accused-applicant No. 1-Raghvendra Singh Yadav, has been arrested by the police on 27.03.2026, therefore, the present anticipatory bail application, so far as it relates to the said accused, has become infructuous. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the above fact asserted on behalf of informant. 3. In view of above, the present anticipatory bail application, so far as it relates to the accused-applicant No. 1-Raghvendra Singh Yadav, is dismissed as infructuous. 4. Now the present anticipatory bail application survives only for applicant No. 2-Malkhan Singh. 5.
