The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 06 of 2025, under Sections 409 and 120B IPC, P.S. Siddharth Nagar, District Siddharth Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant is not named in the FIR, which is lodged for embezzlement of Govt. Fund on 07.01.2025 against two named persons, namely, Amit Kumar Chaudhary and Umanand Upadhyay, who were employee in Primary Cooperative Federation.
