The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 127(2), 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 74, 338, 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Rewtipur, District Ghazipur, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with ten other accused. In the F.I.R. the informant alleges that one named accused, Vinod Kumar Gupta had taken money from her to the tune of Rs. 20,00,000/- for arranging her and her husband government job and neither they had been provided any government job nor their money had been returne
