Sri Prakash Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant hands up the supplementary affidavit disclosing the criminal history of two cases of the accused-applicant. The same is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Learned AGA for the State. 3. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.189 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, P.S. Dramandganj, District Mirzapur, during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused- applicant is the owner of the pick up vehicle, wherein two live cattle were apprehended by the police. None was arrested from the place as the driver of the vehicle
