The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Trial of Criminal Case No. 82 of 2020 (State Vs. Saoud and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 521 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 332, 336, 353, 186, 188, 504, 427, 151, 153-A, 109, 295 IPC and under Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932, under Section 2/3 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and under Section 83 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, P.S.- Nagina, District- Bijnor. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for a
