The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2025, under Section 109 BNS and 3/25 Arms Act and Sections 3/5A/5B/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Raipur, District- Sonbhadra. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in the case of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act wherein the co-accused have been apprehended carrying the cattle.
