The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 247 of 2018, under Sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S. Sindhauli, District Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the accused-applicant has no criminal history. The charge sheet has been submitted. The allegations against the applicant in the FIR is of selling the cow meat. There is no independent witness of the arrest and recovery. The applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail. The conditions have already been complied with. Hence, seeks confirmation of interim bail. 4. Per contra learned A.G.A.
