Court No. - 71 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Sri J.B. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.- 528 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 61(2) of BNS and Sections 11, 13(5) of U.P. Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, Police Station Medical, District Meerut. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated by the informant with the allegation that the applicant has made someone else to give LL.B. examination on his place. By order dated 20.03.2026, applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail. The applicant has not misused the interim bail and his statement has been recorded. Hence, seeks anticipator
