Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.351 of 2017, under Sections 406, 409, 420, 419, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Mirzapur, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that co-accused Nand Lal Rai and Manoj Kumar Upadhyaya have already been granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 26.02.2026 passed in Criminal Misc.
