The present anticipatory application has been moved by the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20/21/29/60 Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Case Crime No.34 of 2026, Police Station- Geeda, District Gorakhpur. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case by the police. The vehicle of the applicant was in the garage for some work, which was misused by the garage owner. Further submits that it is from the vehicle that some narcotic drugs and psychotropic substance (smack and heroin) was seized. Other co-accused have already been granted bail.
