The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 211 of 2025 under Sections 109, 125, 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Nidholi Kalan, District Etah with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that applicants have been assigned specific role of catching hold of the first informant whereas role of assault by fire-arm has been assigned to co-accused Anuj Kumar.
