Heard Shri Rakesh Kumar Tripathi, holding brief of Shri Gauri Shanker Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Chandra Shekhar Saran, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.351 of 2017, under Sections 406, 409, 420, 419, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Mirzapur, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicants may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the police submitted final report in the present case, however, on the protest petition filed by the first informant, the applicants have been summoned to face trial by the learned Magistrate and the learned Magistrate has rejected the final report.
