The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.40 of 2026, under Section 69, 351(2) BNS, Police Station- Anupshahr, District Bulandshahr, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. This Court on 11.03.2026 passed an order granting adjournment to the Learned AGA to obtain complete instructions with respect to the statement of the victim under Section 183 BNS. 4. Today, when the case has been called on, Learned AGA states that he had received instructions as well as the statement of the victim 183 BNSS. 5.
