Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Surendra Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 214 of 2023, under Section 323, 324, 452, 504, 506, 308 IPC, Police Station- Rajpura, District Sambhal with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has been assigned a general role alongwith the other co-accused of causing injuries to the injured. The injuries have not been found to be dangerous to life.
