Gangster & Prevention of Anti Social Activities Act, 1986, Police Station Turkpatti, District Kushinagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above mentioned case. 2. This Court on 25.02.2026 passed the following order:- "1. Heard Ms. Ankita Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri C.S. Saran, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 247 of 2025 under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Turkpatti, District Kushinagar with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is
