Heard Sri Sunil Vishal Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Surendra Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 12 of 2024, under Section 498A, 323, 325, 308 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Makkhanpur, District- Firozabad, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He states that the injured is the wife of the applicant and the applicant and the injured have three minor children.
