The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 922 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Ganster & Anti Social Activities Prevention Act, 1986, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He contends that on the strength of two base cases, the applicant has been implicated in the present case under the Gangsters Act.
