Saran, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 743 of 2020 under Sections 18(a)(i), 17(A)(f), 17B(d), 27(a) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Police Station Sonha, District Basti with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is employee of the drug company and he has been assigned the duty of quality control chemist. It is further submitted that as per the FIR, the company in question is said to have produced some sub-standard drugs. It is further submitted that co-accused Anita Dubey, Anoop Kumar Dubey and Manik Chand U
