The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.508 of 2025, under Section 26D of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Bhadohi, District- Bhadohi, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is a licensced medical wholesaler, who has sold medicines legally and after paying taxes as required under the Goods and
