The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.11 of 2026, under Section 85, 351(3), 64(2)F BNS and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Izzat Nagar, District Bareilly, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is the brother-in-law of the alleged victim. The FIR has been lodged with a delay on the basis of an application under Section 173(4) BNSS.
