The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No.308 of 2024, under Sections 458, 147, 148, 149, 307, 364, 366, 511, 506, 395, 397, 324, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Mundhapandey, District Moradabad, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicants are ladies, who have not been shown to be involved in the occurrence.
