Heard Sri Chandan Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Naman Jain, Advocate, holding the brief of Ms. Ragini Gupta, learned counsel for the informant/opposite party No.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 0866 of 2025, under Sections 69, 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – Bisrakh, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicant is a surgeon and has been falsely
