The present anticipatory bail application was filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 305 of 2021, under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the I.P.C., and Sections 5/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station – Shahganj, District Jaunpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3.
