The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 182 of 2025, under Sections 331(4), 305(a) B.N.S., Police Station Fatehpur, District Saharanpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 2. This Court on 12.02.2026 passed the following order:- "1. Heard Sri Shravana Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri B.P. Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 182 of 2025, under Sections 331(4), 305(a) B.N.S., Police Station Fatehpur, District Saharanpur with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. submits that he has not received any instructions as yet
