The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.648 of 2024, under Section 108 BNS, Police Station- Shalimar Garden, District Ghaziabad, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely nominated in the present case. A perusal of the FIR and the suicide note that has been recovered from the place of occurrence do not make out a case under Section 108 BNS. Learned counsel further submits that for the same incident, three FIRs were lodged, one resulted in the filing of the final report, in another case being Case Crime No.647/2024 also under Section 108
