The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 296 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – Chhawani, District Basti, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case and seek anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged with an excessive delay on the basis of an application under Section 173(4) of the B.N.S.S. ii.
