The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Criminal Case No. 5654 of 2024 (Dharmendra Kumar Saini @ D.K.Singh Vs. State of U.P.) arising out of Case Crime No. 297 of 2023, under Section 304 IPC and Section 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, P.S. Uska Bazar, District Siddharth Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the matter pertain to the medical negligence against the treating doctor, who has treated the daughter of informant and she has passed away
