First anticipatory bail application has been filed with regard to FIR No. 57 of 2015, under Section 394, 411 IPC, P.S. Deosara, District Pratapgarh. 4. As per contents of first information report, incident is said to have taken place on 11th March 2015 at about 11:00 pm when the applicant along with the co-accused is said to have intercepted the DCM which was used for transportation of buffaloes and allegedly took away 12 buffaloes.
