The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant in relation to FIR/Case Crime No. 326 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Achalganj, District Unnao. 3. The brief facts of the case are that an FIR dated 10.08.2017 has been lodged under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 against named accused persons, including the present applicant.
