Hazratganj, Lucknow. 2.Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.It is alleged in the prosecution case that the accused persons have taken Rs.1 crore from the informant on 19.1.2019 and Rs.45 lacs on 14.2.2019 through RTGS in the account of the Jai Shakti Realcon Private Limited Company assuring that he will return the same within two months.
