This is a victim's appeal under Section 413 BNSS filed against the judgment and order dated 23.03.2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Bulandshahar in Sessions Trial No.3405 of 2022 (State Vs. Krishna Mishra) arising out of Case Crime No.530 of 2020, under Section 307 IPC, Police Station-Jhangirabad, District-Bulandshahar, whereby the trial court has acquitted the accused from the charge under Section 307 I.P.C. The case of the prosecution as narrated in the First Information Report, in short, is that the first informant had loaned Rs.15,00,000/- to the accused, who was also his uncle and to avoid re-payment, the accused had shot the first informant on the back of the shoulder and also on his head on 31.10.2020.
