The present appeal has been filed by the son of the victim against the judgment and order dated 4.4.2026 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.11, Saharanpur in Session Trial No. 649 of 2018 (State of U.P. vs. Satish @ Billa & Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 300 of 2017 and registered under Sections 307, 427, 506, 342 IPC, Police Station Gangoh, District Saharanpur whereby the trial court has acquitted the accused.
