The present appeal has been filed by the appellant against the judgement and order dated 29.01.2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge / Additional Special Judge, POCSO Act, Court No.01, District Firozabad in Session Trial No.1942 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.111 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 120-B IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and in the alternative, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Narkhi, District Firozabad. The prosecution case is that Radha, the daughter of first informant/appellant was married to the opposite party no.2 on 26.02.2020. The husband and in- laws of Radha (hereinafter referred to as, 'the deceased') were not satisfied with the dowry given at the time of marriage, therefore, they demanded an additional Rs.5,00,000/- or a car.
