The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 12.02.2026 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge/ Fast Track Court, Court No-2, Muzaffar Nagar in Session Trial No. No.968 of 2019 (State Vs. Pradeep Urf Kaaley and Others) arising out of Case Crime No.96 of 2019 under Sections 302/34, 201, 120-В, I.P.C., Police Station-Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar whereby the trial court has acquitted the opposite parties of the charge under Sections 302/34, 201, 120-В, I.P.C. The prosecution case, as narrated in the First Information Report, was that in the night of 22.4.2019, Brajpal Singh (hereinafter referred to as 'the deceased') was sleeping at the tubewell in his agricultural field.
