Prem Babu and others) arising out of Case Crime No.1602A of 2010 under Sections 307/34, 323/34 IPC and Session Trial No. 758 of 2012 (State Vs. Prem Babu) arising out of Case Crime No. 1608 of 2010 under Sections 25 Arms Act, Police Station Baradari District- Bareilly. The accused/opposite parties have been acquitted of the charge under Sections 307/34 but convicted of the charge under Section 323/34 IPC and sentenced for one year imprisonment and a fine of Rs.500/-.
