The instant Criminal Appeal under Section 374(2) CrPC has been filed against judgment and order dated 29.03.2004 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court-I), Faizabad, in Sessions Trial No.229 of 2000 and Sessions Trial No.298 of 2000, State v. Ram Deo & Anr. and State v. Babblu @ Laddu, arising out of Case Crime No. 38 of 2000, under 307/34, 504 & 506(2) IPC, Police Station Kotwali Ayodhya, District Ayodhya, respectively, convicting and sentencing the appellants as under:- (i) under Section 325/34 I.P.C. to one year rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.1,000/-each and in default of fine, six months additional imprisonment 3.
