The instant criminal appeal under Section 374(2) CrPC (now Section 415(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023) has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 31.05.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Gangster Act, Gonda, in Sessions Trial No. 470 of 2022, State v. Rahul and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 452 of 2019, Police Station Mankapur, District Gonda, whereby the appellant was convicted and sentenced as follows: under Section 147 IPC to six months simple imprisonment; under Section 148 IPC to six months' simple imprisonment; under Section 323/149 IPC to six months simple imprisonment;
