This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 with a prayer to set aside order dated 23.02.2026 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Pratapgarh on third Bail Application No. 4418/2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 183 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 385 IPC & Section 3(1)द, 3(1)ध, 3(2)v, 3(2)va of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Sangramgarh, District P
