The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellant to set aside the bail rejection order dated 17.11.2025 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Bulandsahar in Bail Application No.7253 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No.97 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 87, 123, 351(3) BNS and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (P.A.)
