Singh Somvanshi, the learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.1 to 4 and Shri G.D. Bhatt, the learned AGA-I for the opposite party No.5-State. 2. The present appeal under Section 372 of Cr.P.C. has been filed against the judgment and order dated 03.12.2010 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge/FTC, Room No.10, District- Pratapgarh in Session Trial No.232 of 1998 under Section 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(10) SC and ST (PA) Act registered at Police Station- Sangipur, District- Pratapgarh whereby the opposite party Nos.1 to 4 have been acquitted of the charges. 3. The aforesaid case has been instituted on the basis of an FIR lodged by the appellant alleging that the accused persons had assaulted him with sticks, kicks and fists and have abused him at about 06:00 PM on 19.08.1996. The accu
