Heard Ms. Rubina Sheikh, Advocate holding brief of Shri Farhan Alam Osmany, the learned counsel for the appellants and Shri Jai Prakash, the learned AGA for the respondent. 2. By means of the instant appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment and order dated 06.03.2012 passed learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T. (PA) Act/Additional Session Judge, Court No.10, Hardoi in Case No.376 of 2009 whereby the appellants have been convicted for the offences under Section 323/34, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(X) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The appellants were sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment of six months under Section 323/34 IPC, rigorous imprisonment of one year under Section 504 IPC and to undergo rigorous imprisonment of one year under Sections 506 IPC and 3(1)(X) of S.C./S.T. along with fine of Rs.500/-. 3. It is recorded in the impugned order tha
