This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 with a prayer to set aside order dated 12.01.2026 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Raebareli on Bail Application No. 3893 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 389 of 2025, under Sections 103(2), 3(5) BNS & Sections 3(2)V of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Unchahar, District Raebareli rejecting bail to appellant. 4. As per contents of First Information Report, the incid
