(Prevention of Atrocities Act), Kannauj in Complaint Case No. 32 of 2017 (Ramautar Dhanuk vs. Baseem Thekedar & Ors.), whereby the trial court has summoned the accused under Section 302 IPC and Section 3(2)(5) of the S.C./S.T.
