Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the appellants is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned AG.A. for the State, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 and perused the record. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the parties have entered into a compromise during the pendency of the present appeal filed against the chargesheet and summoning order dated 22.02.2022. On the direction of this court order dated 10/12/2025. The parties appeared before the trial court and submitted a compromise which has been reduced in writing by the parties and appended their signatures thereon. The learned trial court verified the compromise on 22/12/2025 and a copy of the verification order with a certified copy of the compromise has been filed along with the supplementary affidavit
