The present appeal has been filed for quashing the cognizance/summoning order dated 7th September, 2022 passed by the Special Sessions Judge, (S.C./S.T. Act), Firozabad in Sessions Case No. 1484 of 2022 (State Vs. Krishna Gopal & Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 329 of 2022, under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Tundala, District-Firozabad, whereby the appellants have been summoned. 3.
