Heard Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and learned AGA as well as perused the entire record. 3. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellant - Ajay Yadav, to set aside the bail rejection order dated 31.3.2026 in the second Bail Application No.1055 of 2026 and bail rejection order dated 10.3.2026 in the 1st Bail Application No.758 of 2026 (Ajay Yadav Versus State of U.P.) arising out of Case Crime No. 16 of 2026, under Sections 123, 69, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, P.S.- Sigra, District- Varanasi with a further prayer to enlarge the appellant on bail in the aforesaid case. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appe
