The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellants to set aside the bail rejection order dated 11.02.2026 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act, Agra in Bail Application No.632 of 2026 arising out of Case Crime No.152 of 2024, under Sections 147, 354B, 323, 427, 447, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)da, 3(1)dha, 3(1)F, 3(1)G, 3(1)W, 3(2)5A of SC/ST Act, Police Station Dauki, District Agra. 2. Heard learned counsel for the appellants, the learned AGA for the State- respondent no.1 and perused the entire record. Despite service of notice, none has appeared on behalf of informant. 3. Submission of learned counsel for the appellants is that the appellants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The appellants have not committed any offence as alleged in th
